Amendment of ACC, 2004 by present government - A free license for Government Employees to intensify corruption in Bangladesh:

Amendment of ACC, 2010 -
A free license for Government Employees to intensify corruption in Bangladesh:
The cabinet of Hasina Government has Okayed the Amendment of “Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2004”. It has given 100% guarantee to protect all government employees for “Go Ahead with Corruption” through a “MUST” pre-approval of corruption investigation against any government employee.

Few Questions?
Is AL Government is rushing for dividing the country? Is AL government favors discrimination? How much Government employees paid bribe to Ministers to give them this illegal (against the Constitution) opportunity?

Who are the people misguiding honorable PM Sheikh Hasina?
Country people expected from this government a non discriminated government, a poor people oriented government, a government of Justice.

Two Major injustices by Present Government:
In reality, the major injustice done by this government is making the Local Government is completely inactive and powerless.
The second major injustice is amendment of ACC, 2004 in 2010 by Cabinet.

Fears surrounding AL Government?
Most Probably Present government is severely afraid of “Corrupted Government Officials” who are the real enemy of this country and has transformed this country into a country of massive poverty, all out injustice and rules of jungles.

Probable result:
Present Government will face another major defeat because this amendment contradicts with our constitution/Article 27.
  • The unleashed corruptions at last throw this government into dustbin
  • All people except government employees will be slave to the bureaucrats
An Appeal:
A humble request to PM, Sheikh Hasina, Don’t destroy this country like the power mongers army government, don’t give free license to any one to intensity corruption.

The Scale is Imbalanced? Impact of massive corruption in Judiciary (2007-2010).

The Scale is Imbalanced? Impact of massive corruption in Judiciary in Bangladesh (2007-2010)

The Chief Justice, DUDOC Chairman and TIB Reports all almost made us clear about the overflow of corruption in Judiciary. Thanks to all, especially CG and TIB (for producing the report in very simple BANGLA). It focuses on figures- the corruption in Judiciary has been doubled in Bangladesh in the last three years (2007-2010) and all these make us severely frightened.

Why it makes us afraid? What’s the explanation of this corruption in Judiciary?

Some Simple Meanings:

  • Corruption in Judiciary – The first simple meaning is the Judiciary has become the cause of INJUSTICE
  • Corruption doubled in Judiciary questions the logic of separatining  from Executives - has lost its faith and trust
  • Judiciary was separated for establishing the Justice, the result is opposite
  • Access for justice especially for the poor victims are almost closed
  • The massive injustices have already done due to digest this massive corruption and national has to pay even in future.
Some Questions:

1. If Corruption in Judiciary System continues, will not this country turn in to a country of Terrorism, repression, absence of Human and Child Rights?

2. Is Rule of Jungle is waiting as long term impact of last three years corruption in Judiciary?

3. Will it add high MOMENTUMin other sectors corruption?

All are false AllEgations! PolitiCians, BureauCrats and the Business Trio -The most honest part of Bangladesh!

All are false AllEgations! PolitiCians+ BureauCrats+Business - The Trio honest part of Bangladesh!

No minister, no leader, No Tareq Zia of X-political government is found corrupted even after two years of present Government. Are those allegations of BNP Government false?

If any one is not found corrupted, that means all of them were honest. So punishment is compulsory for those who termed Tareq Zia as the “Prince of Corruption”. After two years he seems “Prince of CLEAN men”.

TIB informs that police department is the most corrupted wing of Bangladesh. Then the politicians – Now it is really tough in Bangladesh to find any corrupted politician, Bureaucrats, police officer, or any government official.

Information from TIB doesn’t match with Judiciary. So what is  TRUE?

Points to Ponder-

Who cares about the medical costs that suck the blood of poor people?

Who cares about the micro credit Giant who sucks the blood of poor people?

Who cares when almost every food item is Formalin added?

Congratulation Chief Justice: waiting for exampleS of punishment due to corruption

Congratulation Chief Justice: waiting for exampleS of punishment due to corruption

A: Recently Chief Justice ordered the judges to submit assets status by 21 October 2010 for the first time in Bangladesh. We must congratulate chief justice.

As people have the rights to know, will they be able to know the status of their assets?

When people will know the asset status of Political leaders, businessmen, bureaucrats?

B: after knowing that, if any anomalies found, will there any action be taken?

Any bureaucrat ever punished for corruption? Most probably, no bureaucrat in Bangladesh is corrupted?

“Corruption Momentum” and AL government is running after complete Failure!

“Corruption Momentum” and AL government is running after complete Failure!

It’s true that nothing visible especially taking actions against the corrupted politicians, bureaucrats, businessmen.....................no BIG move in the last two year is seen.

But government is trying to do many things except Controlling Corruption. But corruption will make everything ZERO. all the initiatives will certainly go to produce “O” or something negative. because, all the works are delivered to those corrupted bureaucrats, politicians, businessman,

Bangladesh is not only in “Population Momentum” (= as number of eligible couple per year increasing in Bangladesh, that why with the  same rate  or lower rate than previous year, number of children born will be higher in current year ), Bangladesh is also in “Corruption Momentum”.

Corruption momentum means, if the corruption RATE even decreases it will be much higher in volume. Feeling afraid to think, with the same rate or increasing rate what will be volume of Corruption.

So, War against corruption is necessary because it is in most dangerous level and is ready to destroy any government.

Please write to Prime Minister’s website for taking practical actions against corruption.

Campaign for LIST OF CORRUPTED PEOPLE might help to crub Corruption

can we think for a LIST OF CORRUPTED PEOPLE in Bangladesh?

we fought long time for a list of war criminals and invested huge energy to bring the criminals under trial.

Now we need to invest energy for trail of corrupted people. Because corrupted people are the real enemy of the country who are cause for millions of people living under poverty, without education, without job.

Corrupted people are the Post Freedom Razakars who have  destroyed all the possibilities of Bangladesh and transformed new Bangladesh into the high profits land  for other countries. Bangladesh has become the business heaven for other countries.

Actually the corrupted people have made this country dependent to others for ever. If we cant detect them and bring them under trial.....like the last 40 years, in coming 40 years millions of people will live under poverty and a life of extreme humanity. That is the worst achievement of Bangladesh and for that actually millions of people didn't sacrifice.

Silver lining for corruption free Bangladesh?

Silver lining for Corruption Free Bangladesh?

In the recent days, recruitment of 30,000 teachers and headmasters was fair according to Media. When media doesn’t like to express positive news, it a great news:
http://www.prothom-alo.com/detail/date/2010-09-15/news/93450

All the Local political leaders and MPs have become angry upon it. In Pabna (a district of Bangladesh), they were so angry that vandalized everything so the recruitment exam of 3rd class employee was cancelled.

Let us congratulate the administration that they didn’t support the political pressure.

At the same time, in High profile jobs......most of jobs are captured by sons and daughters of bureaucrats. Government should keep an eye on this so that the real feat candidate and from non-bureaucrat family can avail those jobs.
