২০১৪ সালের সংসদ হবে ১০০% দুর্নীতিবাজমুক্ত মহান সংসদ ? জনগণই দুর্নীতিবাজদের সকল শক্তির উৎস। জনগণের রায় নিয়েই দুর্নীতিবাজরা দুর্নীতি করে – সে কথা মিথ্যা নয়। তবে কী জনগণই পারে দানবের শক্তি কেড়ে নিতে? শত্রুরা জনগণকে বিভ্রান্ত করে, একথা তো খুব সম্মানজনক নয়। ৪০ বছরতো এসব শত্রুরাই স্বাধীনতার ফল আস্বাদন করলো, আর কতকাল ? ২০১৪ সালের সংসদ নির্বাচনের জন্য মাত্র তিনবছর সময় রয়েছে। আমরা কি পারি না এখনি সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে যে, আগামী নির্বাচনে দুর্নীতিবাজদের জাতীয় শত্রু হিসাবে চিহ্ণিত হবে? একদিনের জন্য আমরা কি একটি যুদ্ধ ঘোষণা করতে পারি না? সে যুদ্ধ দুর্নীতিবাজদের বিরুদ্ধে , দেশের সবচেয়ে ক্ষতিকারক শত্রুর বিরুদ্ধে।  আমরা যখন জেনেশুনে বিষপান করি, তখন অযথা কেন জনপ্রতিনিধিদের দোষারোপ করি ? আমরা যখন দেখি, ভূমিদস্যুরা এবং সবচেয়ে বড় শত্রুরা দেশের শীর্ষ বুদ্ধিজীবিদের, বড় বড় সম্পাদকদের টাকার গোলাম বানিয়ে দেয় আর সেসব টাকার গোলামরা (উচ্ছিষ্টভোজী দুর্বৃত্ত শ্রেণী) দিবারাত্রি টক শোতে দেশবাসীকে সুশাসনের কথা শুনায়, এমন তামাসা করার দুঃসাহস কোথায় পায়? চিহ্ণিত দুর্নীতিবাজ রাজনীতিবিদ, আমলাদের বয়ানে আমরা অতিষ্ঠ। কে দিয়েছে তাদের এ দুঃসাহস? এজন্য কি আমরা দায়ী না? দায় স্বীকার করে ক্ষমা চাই এবং একটি কাজ করার জন্য প্রতিজ্ঞা করি, ২০১৪ সালের সংসদ নির্বাচনে কোন দলেরই দুর্নীতিবাজকে ভোট দিব না এবং প্রতিটি ভোটারকে এ বার্তা পৌছে দিবো। এটি একটি মহান সুযোগ। এছাড়া কি দুর্নীতিবাজদের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করার সবচেয়ে কার্যকর আর কোন অস্ত্র আছে?আসুন প্রস্ততি নেই। ২০১৪ সালের জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনে-ভোট গুলিতে  দুর্নীতিবাজদের প্রত্যাক্ষান করি।   ছবি: উইকিপিডিয়া

২৩ বছর পাকিস্তানী শোষণের বিরুদ্ধে আমরা লড়াই করেছি বৈষম্য কমানোর জন্য। তবে তা তো আর হলো না।রাজাকার আর পাকিস্তানীদের জায়গা দখল করে নিল সুবিধাবাদী দুর্নীতিবাজ অমানুষরা। কিন্তু আমরা লড়াই করি নি একদিনও এসব স্বাধীনতা পরবর্তী নতুন শত্রুদের বিরুদ্ধে। ত্রিশ লক্ষ মানুষের প্রাণ আর দু লক্ষ নারীর আত্ম বিসর্জন – সাধারণ মানুষের দুর্ভোগকে বাড়িয়ে তুলেছে বহুগুন।

দুর্নীতিবাজ অমানুষরা বাংলাদেশের মানুষকে দাস বানিয়ে স্বাধীনতার সুফল ছিনতাই করে ভালই আছে। ভাল নেই যারা মুক্তিযুদ্ধ করেছে, যাদের জন্য দেশ স্বাধীন হয়েছে। এমনকি সরকার পর্যন্ত দুর্নীতিবাজদের হুংকারে তটস্ত।

কয়েকলক্ষ দুর্নীতিবাজ পুরো দেশটাকে জিম্মি করে ফেলেছে। তারা বুক ফুলিয়েই বলছে, “আমরা লুটপাট করব, আমরা ধর্ষণ করব, আমরা দুর্নীতিবাজ, আমরাই মহারাজ, পারবিনা ঠেকাতে আমাদের কোন কাজ”। সত্যিই তাই । ৪০ বছর দুর্নীতিবাজদের অপ্রতিরোধ্য বিজয়মিছিল চলছে – এ বিজয় মিছিল চলবে-------------

Fear of Finance Minister Makes us AfRaiD! 

30 SMART and successful businessmen have earned billions of dollars from share market of Bangladesh through throwing 3.3 millions of investors into dustbin and into wretched position. Bangladesh Government had taken a good decision to appoint Ibrahim Khaled (a renowned banker and an undaunted person in Bangladesh) to investigate the game how 3.3 millions of people became beggar. He with his team successfully discloses the real ugly face of 30 culprits and of some private banks to the nation.

But we are now severely afraid, when we saw our honorable Finance Minister was trembling when he got the report. He clearly stated the people involved in looting the people’s money are very powerful. He said without being 100% sure he couldn’t disclose the name. But the Team Leader clearly stated that that had given clear proof for few top money hunters. The trembling face of Finance Minister That gave us the notion that government is not strong enough to take actions (one plunderer is Adviser of our honorable Prime Minister; another is very close man of X Prime Minister).

Why Finance Minister is trembling? There is Rab, there is Army and many other forces of government and people of Bangladesh are paying huge cost for these forces. If these 30 people are so strong that all the forces of Bangladesh, even the state trembles with these 30 People, Do we need a government? Is it a state?

The principle of state comes from the well being of people where security is utmost important. When Finance Minister is afraid of Mafia and plunderers, where people will go?

Very recently (last week of March 2011) Honble PM of Bangladesh said seating a chair make us understood the reality. She liked to say it is easy to say but hard to implement. Is it hard to trial the corrupted people of Bangladesh?

Three brave and extraordinary works can be appreciated of Present PM.

1. The Trial of killers of Bangabandhu

2. Starting the trials of War Criminals

3. Removal of Dr. Yunus who illegally remained as MD of Grameen Bank even after 70 years.

In all three cases the risks were enormous and unlimited. There was a common belief that “Trials of War Criminals” was impossible in Bangladesh. We believed that around 5.0 million (2.8 millions in Saudi Arabia.) Bangladeshi expatriate are in Middle East. Middle East countries were the patronizer of war criminals! But facing all of those risks, the high profile suspected War Criminals are in Jail and certainly they have to face the tribunal.

What’s the message from this success? How did it happen?

The message it is to do anything in the interest of National if governments wants and government is brave.

But it didn’t happen in one day. It was the Late Shahid Janoni Jahanara Imam who tremendously united people to bring the war criminal into trial. One decade of movement and after 20 years of the raising the issues, it has now come into the reality.

So why not the Special Trial of Corrupted people? The corrupted people are now the number one enemy of Bangladesh. They are more dangerous than War criminals. War criminal killed people in one year. but corrupted people destroying this country each day. They are the silent killer.

Let us now search someone like Late Jahanara Imam to start a massive movement against the “Corrupted people – the number one enemy of Bangladesh”. If governments are afraid of trial of corrupted people, let us go for Gono Adalat at first.

We are encouraged as prime minister reinstated on 15 March 2011 about a corruption free Bangladesh in a meeting in Bagerhat, a southern district of Bangladesh. Every good citizen wants that. But when the encouragement will be converted into pleasure?

Barriers are innumerous most probably. When the country HEAD reemphasizes about corruption again and again but corrupted people are not changed. No significant actions upon the corrupted people are seen yet. Should we wait for three years for action against Corrupted?

Corrupted people are in the driving wheel in all government. Amendment of ACC will make more confident the corrupted people that state is with them.

• State allows 4000 types (according to ACC/DUDAK chairman) of corruption!
• Each day corruption mountain is becoming larger and base is becoming stronger.
• What can we do without bribe?
• Recruitment in govt. and private sector strongly based upon corruption.
• Corruption has become a culture in our country.
• State is giving CNG almost free cost to the elite people to ply cars that is causing enormous pressure upon traffic and country economy
• Government is not brave enough to ask citizen about their source of money? Submission of return doesn’t reflect the total income. What is the REAL source of money of thousands of apartments, lacs of cars, millions of ACs in most cases?

Could You please do something at least to stop ONE corruption?

It is very normal to exploit the buyers (high price, low quality and less weight – at least in these three ways the buyers are exploited)...each day all customers of Bangladesh are facing this massive corruption. Would you please do something to stop this?

No proof yet:

We heard that X government people have looted hundreds/thousands of crores of money. But still after four years no X government leader or any bureaucrat has been punished for corruption. Even not a single penny from those corrupted people received?

Your braveness can materialize a Corruption Free Bangladesh:

There is no one who can question about the micro-credit unlimited interest rate? There was no one who dares to arrest the killers of 71? There is no one who can go for arbitration in power generation? Yes, You did these.

You set some good people especially in the primary education department and NGO affairs bureau. These are good examples. But corrupted people are undaunted and they are full pace with corruption.

As corruption directly hits the majority poor people of Bangladesh, it’s your duty to protect them from corrupted hyena.  

Could we expect the same braveness from you in case of corruption? Would you please show your natural brave to punish the corrupted people? Would you please declare “Zero Tolerance” for corrupted people in Bangladesh?

The cabinet of Hasina Government has Okayed the Amendment of “Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2004”. It has given 100% guarantee to protect all government employees for “Go Ahead with Corruption” through a “MUST” pre-approval of corruption investigation against any government employee.

Few Questions?
Is AL Government is rushing for dividing the country? Is AL government favors discrimination? How much Government employees paid bribe to Ministers to give them this illegal (against the Constitution) opportunity?


Who are the people misguiding honorable PM Sheikh Hasina?
Country people expected from this government a non discriminated government, a poor people oriented government, a government of Justice.

Two Major injustices by Present Government:
In reality, the major injustice done by this government is making the Local Government is completely inactive and powerless.
The second major injustice is amendment of ACC, 2004 in 2010 by Cabinet.

                                                                                                                                   
Fears surrounding AL Government?

Most Probably Present government is severely afraid of “Corrupted Government Officials” who are the real enemy of this country and has transformed this country into a country of massive poverty, all out injustice and rules of jungles.

Probable result:
Present Government will face another major defeat because this amendment contradicts with our constitution/Article 27.

• The unleashed corruptions at last throw this government into dustbin
• All people except government employees will be slave to the bureaucrats

An Appeal:
A humble request to PM, Sheikh Hasina, Don’t destroy this country like the power mongers army government, don’t give free license to any one to intensity corruption.

The Chief Justice, DUDOC Chairman and TIB Reports all almost made us clear about the overflow of corruption in Judiciary. Thanks to all, especially CG and TIB (for producing the report in very simple BANGLA). It focuses on figures- the corruption in Judiciary has been doubled in Bangladesh in the last three years (2007-2010) and all these make us severely frightened.


Why it makes us afraid? What’s the explanation of this corruption in Judiciary?

                                                                            
Some Simple Meanings:

• Corruption in Judiciary – The first simple meaning is the Judiciary has become the cause of INJUSTICE
• Corruption doubled in Judiciary questions the logic of separatining  from Executives - has lost its faith and trust
• Judiciary was separated for establishing the Justice, the result is opposite
• Access for justice especially for the poor victims are almost closed
• The massive injustices have already done due to digest this massive corruption and national has to pay even in future.

Some Questions:


1. If Corruption in Judiciary System continues, will not this country turn in to a country of Terrorism, repression, absence of Human and Child Rights?
